There was a badly damaged fence (barely) standing on its last leg when we got our hands on this patio area. The need for replacement was clear. But our clients weren’t sure exactly what kind of design they wanted for the new one. So, that’s where we first stepped in to help. We worked with them to design a more modern and sleek replacement fence – one that would also be agreeable with the neighbors, who share the other side of the fence wall. Once everyone was happy with the new design, we moved forward with demo and installation.

Ripping out the remains of the old fence was the first step of demo, followed by digging new post holes. Next, we set the new posts in concrete and laid new slate & brick to match the existing patios. After leveling the posts, we installed the new fence boards. The final touch was installing the door hardware and replacing the patio furniture. Both our client and their neighbor were thrilled with the new modern fence.
